Dr. Giancarlo Carpino
(He/Him)
“Dr. Giancarlo Carpino, DC, is a qualified and registered Chiropractor in the Yukon. He is in good standing with the Yukon government department of Professional Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.”
I studied human biomechanics at the University of Calgary from 2012 to 2016, and subsequently obtained my Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2020. I am certified to use acupuncture needling as a treatment modality.
I’ve been in clinical practice since 2019, including working in a rehabilitation hospital, community clinics, and at a motor vehicle collision specialty clinic. I’ve regularly worked with professional dancers at the Alberta Ballet. I have volunteered in Tanzania teaching local clinicians about musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I previously performed independent medical examinations at the North York General Hospital in Toronto in conjunction with Physiatrists, Psychiatrists, Chiropractors, and Neurologists. I have been involved in many pieces of biomechanics and clinical research, and am a published author in this field.
When I’m not at the clinic, I love spending my time with family and friends. Some of my oldest hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, playing flag football, coaching junior sports, working with tools, and cooking. I love to try new things and my newer hobbies are constantly changing. They currently include beach volleyball, disc golf, gardening, trying new foods, cross-country skiing, prospecting, and walking my dog.

Deby Gallardo Natural Therapist, Reiki Master
I grew up in the mountains of Chilean Patagonia, surrounded by astonishing nature and the five elements. My parents taught me about how to take care and learn from nature, how each place has invaluable power, and everything has a cycle - just as the human body also has these cycles.
In 2011 I read a book called, “The Healing Power of Illness” by Thorwald Dethlefsen and Ruediger Dahlke. This book raises the strong connection and importance of our thoughts and their impact on our emotional and physical body. After reading this book I realized that our health is always in our hands. The place where I grew up and this book were my source of inspiration to begin my studies in Natural Therapies in 2012.
I learned different therapies including Relaxation Massages, Aromatherapy, Flowers of Bach and Reiki 1 and 2. I completed my studies in 2014 and started my practice. In 2022 I did my mastery degree in Reiki which allows me to teach this beautiful therapy as well. I am surprised every day with the results and benefits that each patient experiences in each session, and above all I am happy that everyone discovers the power of self-healing that is in each of us. It will be a pleasure to be able to share and accompany this beautiful community in this process of self-care and well-being.

Nadia brings 22 years of massage therapy experience to her practice, with a background that spans sports massage, Swedish technique, and deep therapeutic work. Deep Tissue Massage for recovery, balance and well-being
My passion for Deep Tissue Massage began in 2003 in Bariloche, Patagonia—where mountains, movement, and an active lifestyle shape everyday life. As a sports enthusiast, I discovered firsthand how powerful massage can be for recovery and injury prevention. One session changed everything, inspiring me to study at the Manos Andinas Institute and dedicate my work to health and well-being.
Now in Dawson City, Yukon, I offer a therapeutic and holistic approach that blends Deep Tissue Massage with mindfulness. Certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I help you release tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body.
Whether you work hard, train hard, or simply need deep relaxation—this work is for you.
