Neuroanatomical Acupuncture
Neuroanatomical acupuncture is the practice of acupuncture using western understandings of health and wellness. Whilst acupuncture is not practiced here with an understanding of the traditional Chinese philosophy, our approach to acupuncture is holistic. We use needles to help with the management of disease and symptoms of illness and injury. We also acknowledge the human bodies capacity for healing and we use acupuncture to support all of the physical and psychological components that contribute to this.
Foot Care Nursing
Foot care is important for everyone, but for some people it is life and limb saving. Our approach to foot care ensures that we treat both the foot and the person. We will assess underlying causes of foot problems and treat you to both correct problems and prevent future issues. For those with specific needs such as diabetes, lower limb oedema or arterial disease, we are an important part of your team and we strongly advocate for you within the wider team of healthcare professionals that care for you. If you don't have specific problems and just need or want some help with your foot care, we're here for you too and we'll be keeping an eye out for early signs of disease that can be seen in your feet.
Aesthetics
An aesthetics practitioner is either a trained aesthetician, an advanced medical aesthetician from an aesthetics background or a nurse with advanced medical aesthetics training. Some aesthetics therapies can only be provided by those with more advanced training. Aesthetics treatments can help with both immediate appearance and promote long term skin health. Our team will help you to choose a treatment that is tailored to your goals.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy uses manipulation of the muscles, joints and other musculoskeletal structures in order to help to improve your physical and psychological health and wellbeing. When booking an appointment with a Registered Massage Therapist you will receive an assessment of your condition. This will help to guide reasonable goals of care and inform the treatment you receive. Massage therapy may be useful for a wide range of physical and mental health needs including:
Physical injury to bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints
Headaches associated with muscular tension and stress
Recovery following surgery
General aches and pains
Work related injuries
Stress and anxiety

Chiropractic
Chiropractic care uses a combination of different treatment techniques to address dysfunction in your musculoskeletal and nervous systems. The manual adjustment that people often think about when they hear the term Chiropractic is only a small part of the picture. In conjunction with soft tissue manipulation and therapeutic massage techniques, our approach to chiropractic directed care ensures that your Chiropractor's assessment and treatment plan are supported by the rest of the team and that you are helped to manage and where possible correct the causes of pain.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is great for helping you to prevent or treat musculoskeletal injures or conditions. Whether you are looking to manage a recent sports injury, recover from joint surgery, work towards improving function in your daily life or you have problems with the way your lungs or other internal organs, physiotherapy can be a useful part of your holistic care.
Float Therapy
Float therapy is also often called sensory deprivation or isolation therapy. There is increasing evidence of the benefits of floatation and sensory restriction on mental health, muscular aches and pains, chronic pain associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia and many other conditions. Most of all, floatation therapy is deeply relaxing and a great way to take some time for yourself. Our floatation pod has 475kg of Epsom salts to help you float weightlessly in water at 36.5 celsius to help reduce sensation in your skin. You can experience full sensory deprivation or use low level lighting, music or other sounds to tailor your experience.
